Why should we appoint a managing agent?

How do I report a maintenance issue?
Residents can contact our team with details of the issue, including the property address, description of the problem and any relevant photographs. We will assess the issue and coordinate with the appropriate contractor where required.
What are service charges?
Service charges are payments collected from leaseholders to cover the costs of maintaining and managing a residential development. These can include repairs, insurance, cleaning, communal utilities and other shared expenses.
RMC & RTM FAQs
What is a Residents’ Management Company (RMC)?
An RMC is a company usually made up of leaseholders who take responsibility for managing certain aspects of their development. Many RMCs appoint a professional managing agent to provide support and handle the day-to-day management.
What is Right to Manage (RTM)?
Right to Manage allows qualifying leaseholders to take over the management responsibilities of their building without needing to prove fault with their existing managing agent.

How do we change managing agents?

Yes. We regularly work alongside resident directors, providing professional support while allowing them to remain involved in decisions affecting their development.
